When I finally answer and ask him to stop calling and soliciting he began to argue with me. He also has emailed me as well. Seems to me my information ( phone number, email address, make of my vehicle) was obtained from some sort of data breach as I have never interacted with State Farm. And now I will never interact with State Farm."
